Our chef instructor brings Tex-Mex favorite recipes from Texas to Charlotte and through food your will learn how the flavors and ideas of Mexican cuisine entered Texas kitchens. Popular dishes such as Southwestern Chicken over pasta, Cornbread Chili Casserole, Jalapeño Corn and the most delicious Texas Sheath Cake will be prepared. You won't leave this class hungry! A Charlotte Cook's recipe booklet is included with class fees.
