Ice cream is a summer favorite and a "must have" in everyone's freezer for this hot, humid climate. We will discuss the various frozen treats such as sorbets, ice cream, granitas and gelatos. You will prepare refreshing desserts such as push pops and ice cream novelties that you can easily create at home using classic custards. Join us as we celebrate National Ice Cream Month in July with a fun hands-on class and tastings of delicious "cool" treats!
