Tai Chi has long been practiced for its many healthy benefits. It has been shown to improve strength, balance, coordination and circulation. Participants have used Tai Chi as part of their treatment for arthritis, joint stiffness, hypertension and diabetes. This beginner's course will provide an introduction to the healthy experience of Tai Chi.
