Everyone loves "just a bite" of dessert, so learn how to create beautiful mini-treats that range from simple to sophisticated that will dazzle your friends and family! Our baking instructor will walk you through the techniques in this hands-on class experience as you learn how to make dainty miniature cakes, sweet or savory mini tarts, tiny whoopie pies, petite parfaits and the ever-popular cake-pops. Students will take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe book and a collection of delicious and delightfully small desserts.
