CPCC login and textbook required. Required:DAT-7711 In today's world, data is omnipresent and most organizations are presented with billions of data points every morning. Good analysis parses these numerical outputs into an understanding of the organization or process and turns the raw numbers into a story about the performance. The challenge is to interpret and communicate these stories correctly. This course provides the fundamentals on how to design visualizations properly as well as provide techniques on how to communicate the analysis effectively. With data visualization you can help your business partners, peers, and managers make informed decisions with a blend of dimensions, color, and visual masterpieces. The class will use available tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
